Every FAT sheet Setcon has run, and the signed document that closed it out. Start a new one and work down the page with the client; link it to a Project Tracker project whenever you like — before you begin, or after it's signed.

This document is the test. Work down it together: each section explains what is being proven, and every result is recorded as you go. Sections that don't apply to this plant get switched off and disappear from the document — and from the PDF that gets signed at the end.
What this FAT covers
Set the scope here, before you start. Switch off anything that doesn't apply to this plant and the section drops out of the document below and out of the PDF that gets signed — so what the client sees from here on is only what is actually being tested. Every switch is also repeated in its own section heading if you need to change your mind part-way through.
